Diet Soup - Courtesy of Hosin
2 cans green beans
6 large green onion
1 or 2 cans tomato
1 large head cabbage
2 green peppers
1 bunch celery
1 pk lipton soup mix - i use beef broth instead, season with salt pepper, parsley, curry or hot sauce (you will find that adding a little curry will make soup more tasty)
Cut veggies in small to med pieces and cover with water...boil fast for 10 mins. but back to simmer until veggies are tender.
EAT SOUP ANYTIME YOU ARE HUNGRY....as much as you want when you want...adds NO calories. the more you eat, the more you lose...however, you must follow the daily plan as well or you WILL suffer malnutrition....so do not cheat
DAY ONE: all fruits (except bananna). melons are lower in calories. soup whenever you want and all the fruits you want
DAY TWO: all vegetables. eat until you are stuffed with all the fresh raw or canned veges you want. try to get some green leafy vegies in and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn....EAT ALL THE SOUP YOU WANT...as a reward...eat a big baked potato with butter....
DAY THREE: eat all the soup, fruits (no bananna) and vegies you want this day..NO POTATO THIS DAY....
if you have followed these 3 days exactly, you will have lost 5-7lbs
DAY FOUR: bananna and skim milk. eat as many as 3 bananas and drink as many glasses of water as you can this day. DONT FORGET AS MUCH SOUP AS YOU WANT. your body needs the carbs and calories and potassium from bananna, and will lessen your craving for sweets.
DAY FIVE: beef and tomato. you may have 10-20 ozs of beef and a can of tomatoes (or as many as 6 fresh tomatos) drink at least 6-8 glasses of water this day to flush acids from tomato. EAT SOUP AT LEAST ONCE THIS DAY
DAY SIX: beef and vegies. eat to your hearts content of beef and vegies on this day. you can even have two or three steaks if you like. with green leafy vegies, NO BAKED POTATO. but be sure to EAT SOUP at least once
DAY SEVEN: brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and vegies. STUFF STUFF STUFF yourself. but remember to EAT YOUR SOUP.
at the end of this day if you HAVE NOT CHEATED. YOU WILL HAVE LOST 10-17LBS. stay off the diet for 2 days before resuming again.
definate nono's - carbinated drinks, sugar, bread, alcohol, drinks can include, water water water, unsweetened tea, black coffee, unsweetened fruit juices, cranberry juice and skimmed milk
REMEMBER YOU CAN EAT AS MUCH OF FOODS DESIGNATED FOR EACH DAY THAT YOU WANT TO!!!!
